There is so much one can do to inspire imagination and one of my favourite things is to try different flavours in drinks and food.

This is an ideal recipe to make with children and it’s healthy too!

FAIRY SMOOTHIES

Ingredients:

2 cups of Vanilla Ice Cream

2 cups of Strawberries (Fresh)

1 cup of coconut juice (Dole makes a nice coconut juice)

1 cup of Pineapple (Diced)

Instructions:

Put the ingredients into the blender or smoothie maker and blend until smooth.

Pour into your favourite glasses. :-}

all together now..Mmmmmmmmm
